Sharing in Success with Users's Groups

RTE provides options for SYSPRO users to meet and network.

User Led Group

This group meets quarterly at a date and location determined by the managing committee. The agenda of topics to be presented and discussed are decided by the committee. RTE’ maintains a supporting role for this group but does not actively participate in organizing and presenting events. For advance notice of user group meetings, please email Kim Benson to be included on the distribution list and offer input on topics for discussion.

RTE Led Groups

RTE periodically extends an invitation to all users to join RTE’s Sales and Technical Support staff, as well as other SYSPRO users, for a day of presentations on enhancements and updates to the software. While we try to hold a meeting at least once a year, the schedule is also determined by new releases of the software, as we endeavor to make the day as productive as possible for you by demonstrating the new release. We also include presentations on complementary third party products, as well as customizations and add-ons developed by RTE’ programming staff.

RTE Support Forums

As part of our ongoing effort to help our clients make the most of their software investment, RTE has introduced a User Support Program. A primary feature of this program is to make an online forum available. The online forum provides an opportunity to post your questions and get answers from RTE and other RTE clients. In many cases, you can find the answers to your questions or get ideas for improvement by simply browsing the threads in the forum.
