ShopClock is fully integrated with SYSPRO manufacturing software to capture shop floor labour activities quickly and accurately using bar code scanning technology. Flexible setup options enable the software to be tailored to meet your Time & Attendance and Labour Data Collection requirements.
The software logs elapsed time as-it-happens against job / operations. In addition it displays all shop floor activities in a dynamic "Window of Time" (Gant Chart) that you can view at any PC workstation. This provides an excellent picture for management to see the current activity status of all jobs and employees.
Time & Attendance setup options allow you to define multiple "shifts" with appropriate "rules" to support your personnel policies. You can also create multiple "groups" to which employees are assigned to analyze what is happening in any section of the plant or employees reporting to a specific supervisor. There is an "Employee Transaction Report" to streamline supervisory approval of time recorded for payroll purposes.
ShopClock is designed to validate "clocking" transactions instantly with a real-time connection to your SYSPRO software database with either an ODBC or SQL link. This ensures that data collected about employees, jobs, operations and work centers is valid - and if not, then "warn" the employee immediately with a message and audible alarm to insist the error be corrected "on-the-spot". This is a huge advantage because it assures greater posting compatibility of time accounting transactions with your SYSPRO Work in Process (WIP) module.
