These three free sessions demonstrate Chainsaw Planning©; a system with four separate, easy-to-use planning tools that reduce confusion and increase participants' commitment to working together. These tools & strategies have been taught to more than 8,000 leaders across the US & Canada.
This planning system can be completed within 3 to 4 hours for the typical small
business.
The webinar sessions contain 30 minutes of instruction, and up to 20 minutes
of time after the instruction for question & answers.
