Project Management
RT Enterprises will assign a Project Manager to your company to work with your internal Project Manager to set an implementation time line, assign responsibilities for tasks, and oversee the entire project. The Project Manager will be your primary contact for the implementation.
Software Installation
Our team of professionals will advise your hardware and network provider on the proper configuration required to support our solution prior to installation of the software. We will then work with your internal or external IT provider to assure continued performance and integration of all components of your solution including printers, fax, and email servers.
System Design
To assure that your solution will deliver the benefits and return expected, RTE uses SYSPRO’s award winning STARS methodology for implementation. The first step in this process is a series of Joint Application Design sessions to address each specific functional area of your business and tailor the software to meet those needs. Processes for each functional area are developed to simplify and enhance user training.
Data Conversion
During the course of the design sessions, RTE will aid in the discussion and documentation of the master and history files that will need to be converted from your existing system into SYSPRO.
User Training
RT Enterprises’ professionals will train your staff in the use of the software as developed during the Joint Application Design sessions. User training can be conducted in a classroom setting or one-on-one to assure the best utilization of resources and personnel.
“Go Live”
RTE professionals will be on site to guide you through the go live process and to reinforce and expand the user’s knowledge of the system.
